History
The company was started by President, Bernard J. Halfpenny, Jr. in
1976. Mr. Halfpenny is a Pennsylvania licensed Broker. Bernie S.
Halfpenny joined the company in 1993 and is a licensed
Pennsylvania State salesperson, Vice President and Property Manager.

Halfpenny Management has a full staff of management, administrative,
leasing, maintenance, marketing, & accounting personnel. Many of
the company's employees have been with the company since it's
beginning & are well trained and take pride in their work.

Our Services
Halfpenny Management Company works diligently to provide our residents with apartments they are proud to call home. We place great emphasis on making our Communities safe, clean and well maintained. Our staff comprising of maintenance technicians, leasing agents, cleaners and property managers work together to produce an enjoyable and comforting atmosphere for our residents.

From policing the property for trash detail to a complete renovation of an apartment, HMC employees work untiringly to get the job done.
